Refund & Returns Policy – Ultimate Bush Adventurer

Returns
  • You have a 14-day return period beginning from the day you receive your item.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a return, email: info@ubadventurer.com. You’ll receive:

    • A return shipping label, and

    • Instructions on how and where to send the package.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Courier fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Faulty Items & Warranty

  • All issues must be discussed with a consultant from Ultimate Bush Adventurer in advance and authorised for processing.

  • An item is only confirmed as faulty once received and inspected by our technician.

  • Products generally carry a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise stated), covering manufacturing defects. For defective items within this period, Ultimate Bush Adventurer will:

    • Repair the item,
    • Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or

    • Offer credit or refund, subject to terms and conditions.

  • If you opt not to have the item repaired or replaced, a minimum 15% handling fee will apply.

  • All returned items must be sent back with original packaging, accessories, and documentation unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is confirmed faulty.

Refusal or Damage
  • If the item is returned damaged due to user action (e.g., physical damage, tampering, using non-approved software), this invalidates the warranty.

  • No refund or replacement will be provided, and return courier costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages & Receiving Mistakes

  • Inspect your order on arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to rectify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're uncertain about a particular item, reach out for clarification.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get an alternative item is to return your current one (once accepted) and place a new separate order for the replacement.

Refund Process
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, Ultimate Bush Adventurer will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–21 business days.

  • If more than 21 business days pass without a refund, contact: info@ubadventurer.com.
